Also last week
Belgravia Ace took bookings on Thursday 17 September. The 104-house freehold development on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 first launched in January 2022 and has since obtained TOP, so what is selling now are finished houses. The relaunch previewed from 5 to 13 September and cheques closed at noon on 14 September. The project page is here, with the 87 transactions already on record.
Nine went that week — the biggest single number of the week, and more than any launch sold. A completed development is a different proposition from a launch. The houses can be walked through, the finishes are in, and nobody is buying a delivery date. No price list is published, so the sizes column above is blank: what is on offer is a finished house, not a floor plan.
