Another 17 projects sold one or two homes each.
Highlight: Terra Hill, one week after a 15% price cut
On 1 September the developer cut every remaining home by 15% to 18.3% — between $377,000 and $1,632,000 off a single home. A 969 square foot three-bedroom that listed at $2,517,000 became $2,140,000. We covered the new price list here.
Fifty-two homes were left when that list came out. Thirty of them sold in the week that followed, including all twelve remaining three-bedrooms between Thursday and Sunday.
Twenty-two are left: sixteen 4-bedrooms from $3,791,000 and six 5-bedrooms from $4,738,000.
Also last week
Land in Bedok got 15.6% dearer. Three companies paid $1,425,388,000 for a site at New Upper Changi Road, enough for about 1,010 homes. The last Bedok land sale was nine months ago. Homes built there will start higher than Bedok is used to.
Coming up
Amberwood at Holland previews this Friday, 11 September — 212 homes by Sim Lian at Holland Link, District 10.
Lucerne Grand previews the following Thursday, 18 September — 570 homes by City Developments at Lakeside Drive, District 22, next to Lakeside MRT and Jurong Lake Gardens.
