As at 21 October 2026, 24 new launches in the Outside Central Region have 1,221 units still available, from $1,288,000.
The towns: every planning area beyond the Central Region, which is most of Singapore by land and most of its housing by number. Prices per square foot are the lowest of the three segments, and projects here tend to be larger, newer and built around a town centre and an MRT station rather than squeezed onto an infill site. URA reports the segment separately, so a rise in OCR prices is a fact about the suburbs and not about the island.
