New Launches in District 3

As at 21 October 2026, 3 new launches in District 3 have 224 units still available, from $1,453,000.

Tiong Bahru is Singapore’s first public housing estate, built by the Singapore Improvement Trust in the 1930s and now as well known for its bakeries as for its curved balconies. Queenstown, beside it, was the country’s first satellite town and collected the firsts that came with that — the first HDB blocks, the first branch library, the first polyclinic. The southern stretch of the Rail Corridor runs through both on its way from Bukit Timah to Outram. Land does come up here: the district has several launches running at once, all of them on 99-year leases.
