School country: Raffles Institution, Catholic High and Ai Tong are all in Bishan, and Raffles Girls’ School joined them in 2019, moving from Anderson Road to Braddell Rise. Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, 62 hectares of it, runs through the middle, and Bishan station is an interchange between the North-South and Circle lines. The piece worth watching is Bright Hill at the Thomson end: already on the Thomson-East Coast Line, it becomes a Cross Island Line interchange when Phase 1 opens in 2030.
