New Launches in District 22

Jurong Lake District is the largest development outside the city centre and is planned as Singapore’s second CBD — offices, homes and public space around the lake. The plan was reworked after the Kuala Lumpur high-speed rail terminus was dropped, and it has kept moving since: a white site at Town Hall Link was promoted to the confirmed land-sale list in the second half of 2026, carrying about 1,200 homes and 83,200 sqm of commercial space with a minimum office component. The Jurong Region Line is due in 2028–2029.
