No new launch in District 24 has units available at the moment.

Tengah is Singapore’s first car-free smart forest town: roughly 700 hectares built around a town centre whose roads run underneath it, leaving the ground level entirely to people, with a Forest Corridor five kilometres long and a hundred metres wide threaded through the estate. Four Jurong Region Line stations serve it — Hong Kah, Tengah, Tengah Park and Tengah Plantation — opening progressively from mid-2028, the line’s first phase having slipped from end-2027. Everything here is new, which is both the appeal and the risk: a buyer is committing to a town that is still filling in.
