New Launches in District 12
2 posts
As at 21 October 2026, 2 new launches in District 12 have 92 units still available, from $1,418,000.
Toa Payoh was HDB’s second satellite town after Queenstown and the first it planned and built from scratch: work began in December 1964, and the first residents moved in in 1969. It still works the way a town is meant to — rail and bus interchanges side by side, a central hawker centre, and the shops in between. Balestier Road runs from there down towards Novena with a character of its own: art deco shophouses, a long-standing food trail, and the Boon Keng streets named after the Straits Chinese reformer Dr Lim Boon Keng. This district’s two projects sit at the two ends of Balestier Road.
