New Launches in District 16

Bedok and the Upper East Coast, and the district the Bayshore precinct is remaking. Bayshore is a 60-hectare plan for roughly 12,500 public and private homes, with its first BTO and land-sale sites released in 2024, Bayshore station running since June 2024 and Bedok South due to open in the second half of 2026. Away from it the district stays as it was — Upper East Coast Road, Eastwood and Kew Drive are low-rise and largely landed, with the beach and the park connector at the end of the road.
