Lentor Hills is a master-planned estate released one government land parcel at a time, every plot on a 99-year lease and within walking distance of Lentor station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Eight have been sold since 2021, the most recent at Lentor Central in March 2026, and URA’s plans allow for more — taking the estate towards 5,000 homes. Most of this district’s projects sit inside it. Beyond the estate, Upper Thomson and Springleaf stay lower and older, wrapped around the Central Catchment reserve.
